In charge of the entire marketing plan and strategy for both online and offline channels: masters, courses, programs and events, focusing campaigns to be conversion funnel and target-oriented, using mainly inbound and email marketing, digital paid and organic media and loyalty programs, in order to guarantee sales, ROAS, ROI, conversion, traffic, NPS, reach, recognition, engagement and followers. Carried out and led all the company projects from top to bottom, leading all the strategy, clients, teams and agencies. Created the new business unit of offline events.
• Led and organized all the planning and marketing strategy of the 1st and 2nd edition of Kuestiona Experience, the Company's core event, being the first consciousness and self-development oriented event in Barcelona with +1.500 attendees, 15 hours of entertainment, +100 workshops/speakers, +25 sponsors, 400 volunteers and clousure concert.
• Increased sales by 25% adapting strategies and KPIs, identifying and formalizing the processes for the different departments of the Company, scheduling all the categories and finding efficiencies for the planning and execution of the different projects.
• Led the marketing strategy within the company, increasing sales by 15% in organic media.
• Under crisis: adopted 6 roles, adapted pricing, KPIs and marketing strategies, analized the conversion funnel, SEO and websites journeys, changed the programs and priorities, contributing to keep the Company running and exceeding the students' expectations.

Led all the communication and marketing planning and execution for both Retail stores and expansion plan in H&M Colombia, focusing campaigns in brand positioning, awareness, reach and recognition, addressing the media mix in ATL, BTL, paid media, digital, partnerships, communities and earned channels, guaranteeing ROAS, ROI, traffic, conversion, sales, UPT and ATV. Managed a budget of +3M EUR.
• Led the opening event marketing and media strategy for Medellin's 1st store, being the store with the highest sales globally with +500K USD in one day, surpassing the following one by 35%, and staying in the global top 3 for over a month.
• Led Johanna Ortiz x H&M’s campaign, gathering +2500 people the launch date, reaching a ST of 93% the first date, selling +900 units, exceeding impression’s KPI by 183%, and solding out the collection in 3 days.
• Positioned the new brand identity and DNA in Colombia, achieving 93% in recognition and 74% in persuasion, overcoming Global’s AVG index by +25%.
• Saved +35% of Budget under COVID-19’s situation and with no e-commerce channel implemented, created an online reservation platform, focused efforts and campaigns in both engagement and performance and addressed the media mix to digital, social media, video, paid TV, streaming and radio, which were the channels with less investment and better reach.

• Led diverse projects for 5 categories above all Latam Markets, increasing the categories’ growth by +15%.
• Contributed to the Grow the Running category by 35%, mostly in retail and driving traffic to e-commerce, increasing Running sales by 13% with a retail participation of 61% and a gross
margin of 66% in the Ultraboost ATR collection. Increased e-commerce traffic by 68% and conversion
by 30%.
• Managed budgets of +120K EUR and reduced it by 37% with the implementation of innovative digital platforms, increasing suppliers networking and consolidating reports to be more efficient and clear.
